Enterprise V Management Managers run the business. Entrepreneurs start the business or idea with risk but may not know how to run it. They can employ managers to operate their business.

Entrepreneurs Like to work on their own, good problem solving skills, self motivated, hardworking,ambitious, take risks in life/risk acceptors, confident in themselves, positive minded. Other types of people are risk avoiders (never speak up in a meeting, never go into town late), risk neutral (Only take chance if they know they’ll win).
