About My Intern Project Topic: NB-IoT eDRX Goals: Add eDRX feature to OAI NB-IoT eNB

About My Intern Project NB-IoT is new 3GPP radio technology standard that addresses the requirements of the Internet of Things (IoT). NB-IoT uses the 3GPP Release 13 standardization Additional cost reduction measures. Especially lower bandwidths in the uplink and downlink. Lower data rates and reduced transmit power.

About My Intern Project eDRX is power saving feature in NB-IoT. eDRX is mechanism that can extend sleeping duration of DRX (Connected Mode and Idle Mode). DRX sleep period up to 10.24s between paging cycle while eDRX has almost 3 hours.
