Site Plan
Al- Dawara School Al-Dawara school located at a small far off village in the north of Hebron, Sa’eer village. The school consists of three floors; basement, ground and first floor, with total area of (1800 m2). It contains twelve different classrooms, computer lab, scientific lab and library, in addition to Headmaster room, teachers’ room and multipurpose hall.
Al- Dawara School The project owner: Palestinian National Authority - Ministry of Education. Funded by: The Arab-African Bank, for one million dollar. Executed completely by: Al-Ayaydah contractor. The supervisor: Seraj Engineering Office. the designer: Al-Ameed Engineering Office.
Project Objective To cover the shortage of specialized classrooms. To resolve the congestion of students in the old school. To overcome evening school issues.
General Information
Our Objectives To calculate the total quantity of materials used in the project (school) manually, in order to get the best bidding price (rate). On the other hand, calculating the best working and calendar durations for the project using a computer program.

Design Check Analysis of 3-D model for AL-Dawara school using (SAP 14)- ACI 318-8/IBC2009 code, without designing for seismic analysis.

Assumptions Profit plus Indirect Cost = 25% of the total cost. Costing in Dollar currency (1$=3.5 NIS).
