Keeping Bookmobiles and Mobile Services Relevant During Times of Change In 2014, the St. Louis County Library system began its capital improvement plan to renovate buildings and enhance services. During this time of change, Bookmobiles and Mobile Services staff seized the opportunity to evaluate services, procedures, and workflow. Crystal Harris, will discuss several topics related to her department's ongoing efforts to remain engaging and relevant to their community during times of change and after. Topics include revamping services, retraining staff, and updating procedures.
