How to Track Chips and Keep Score • Every time a card is played on you… draw a picture on your “Chips Tracker” • Everybody has their own Chips Tracker sheet.

This is what your “Chips Tracker” looks like 5 10 15 20 -15 -10 -5 -20 ________ = _____ This is what your “Chips Tracker” looks like

Earning Points • To get points, you have to reach a certain level of chips. 20 chips = 7 pts. 15 chips = 5 pts. 10 chips = 3 pts. 5 chips = 1 pt. -5 chips = - 1 pt. -10 chips = -3 pt. -15 chips = -5 pt. -20 chips = -7 pt.

Keeping Track of Points Everybody keeps track of their points on the same sheet, the “Scorecard”. It looks like this:

This is what the “Scorecard” looks like: Name: The first time you reach +20 chips, you get 7 points. The first time you reach +15 chips, you get 5 points. The first time you reach +10 chips, you get 3 points. The first time you reach +5 chips, you get 1 point. The first time you reach -5 chips, you get -1 point. The first time you reach -10 chips, you get -3 points. The first time you reach -15 chips, you get -5 points. The first time you reach -20 chips, you get -7 points. At the end, everyone gets points based on having the most chips. • Most chips at end: + 5 points • 2nd-highest chips: + 4 points • 3rd-highest chips: + 3 points • 4th-highest chips: + 2 points • 5th-highest chips: + 1 point Total: Note: If you play a “flip” card on YOURSELF, then you can erase any negative points you’ve earned up to then.

Example Let’s do a quick example together.

– 10 10 5 5 - 5 - 5 -10 -10 Chips Tracker Sheet Scorecard Sheet Everybody starts with 0 chips. Chips Tracker Sheet Scorecard Sheet – Name: ________ = ____ ________ = ____ 10 10 20 chips = 7 pts. 15 chips = 5 pts. 5 5 10 chips = 3 pts. 5 chips = 1 pt. -5 chips = 1 pt. -10 chips = 1 pt. -15 chips = 1 pt. - 5 - 5 -20 chips = 1 pt. Chips you already have -10 -10

t – -10 – 10 10 5 5 - 5 - 5 -10 -10 – -10 10 Scorecard Sheet Everybody starts with 0 chips. t – -10 Scorecard Sheet – At least 5 chips = +1 pt. At least 10 chips = +3 pt. Name: – -10 ________ = ____ ________ = ____ 10 10 20 chips = 7 pts. 10 15 chips = 5 pts. 5 5 10 chips = 3 pts. +3 5 chips = 1 pt. +1 -5 chips = 1 pt. -10 chips = 1 pt. -15 chips = 1 pt. - 5 - 5 -20 chips = 1 pt. New chips from this card. -10 -10

t + -4 – 10 10 5 5 - 5 - 5 -10 -10 10 10 – -10 + -4 6 Scorecard Sheet Now you’re starting with 10 chips. t + -4 Scorecard Sheet – 10 10 Name: – -10 + -4 ________ = ____ ________ = ____ 10 10 20 chips = 7 pts. 6 15 chips = 5 pts. 5 5 10 chips = 3 pts. +3 5 chips = 1 pt. +1 -5 chips = 1 pt. -10 chips = 1 pt. -15 chips = 1 pt. - 5 - 5 -20 chips = 1 pt. -10 -10

Flip – 10 10 5 5 - 5 - 5 -10 -10 6 (Flip) -6 Scorecard Sheet -1 Now you’re starting with 6 chips. Flip Pos Neg, or Neg Pos Scorecard Sheet – At least -5 chips = -1 pt. Name: 6 (Flip) ________ = ____ ________ = ____ 10 10 20 chips = 7 pts. 15 chips = 5 pts. 5 5 10 chips = 3 pts. +3 FLIP! 5 chips = 1 pt. +1 -5 chips = 1 pt. -1 -10 chips = 1 pt. -6 -15 chips = 1 pt. - 5 - 5 -20 chips = 1 pt. -10 -10

You only get points the FIRST time you reach each level of chips. Example: the first time you have 5 chips, you get +1 point. If you play a FLIP card on yourself, you can erase any negative points you’ve earned up to then. Deal 6 cards to every player, not 7 (the game takes longer with subtraction).
