Reporting on Monitoring Programmes Reports due by 15 October 2014 Upload to EEA’s ReportNet Types of reports: XML files MSFD11Mon – one file for all 13 Monitoring Programmes MSFD11MonSub – one file per sub-programme 4Geo.xml – update if necessary Text-based reports (pdf) Copy of Web sites which are providing information relating directly to a question in the Reporting Sheet GIS files (MS marine waters, assessment areas) – update if necessary Notify Commission via your Perm. Rep. Cover letter + ReportNet receipts for all uploads (hard copy or pdf)

XML file names Please be consistent – important if replacing same report with new version Suggest: CODE (Programme/Sub-Programme) + YYYYMMDD Example: MADIT_Art11Mon_20141015 Updated as: MADIT_Art11Mon_20141104 Example: BALSE-D08-01_HeavyMetalsInSediment_20141015 Updated as: BALSE-D08-01_HeavyMetalsInSediment_20141214
