Your Dashboard Every time you login to your account you will be presented with a brand new dashboard with Headline stats. The time period can be changed via the wheel illustrated above.
Your Dashboard “Job Views” displays the stats relating to the amount of times your jobs were viewed within any given time period
Your Dashboard “Candidate Click Throughs” displays candidates who have started the application process. If they have completed an application you can view their full details by clicking the magnifying glass in the details column. You can also view those candidates names and emails that started but did not complete their application.
Your Dashboard “Candidate Applications” displays all candidates who have completed an application form within the timeframe selected
Your Dashboard “Candidates Waiting To Be Processed” displays all candidates who have completed an application within the timeframe selected but are waiting for a response. This means they will not have been shortlisted or received any communication from the user. It is ideal to keep this number as low as possible at all times.
Your Dashboard “Candidates Assigned an ERN Number” will display all candidates who have been exported to SMART, updated with Bank Details & RTW Documentation and subsequently automatically imported back to candiMAN with an ERN.
Your Dashboard “Candidates Passed eLearning” will display all candidates who have successfully completed their eLearning within the selected time frame.
Editing a Job Listing From within the “LISTINGS” section of your account you can view “ACTIVE / PAUSED / EXPIRED” listings, with stats, by whatever date period you wish, as illustrated above
Editing a Job Listing Highlight the Listing you wish to edit, and click on the “EDIT” button as illustrated above
Editing a Job Listing Here you can update all aspects of the job details, save the changes, and make the listing live.
Editing a Profile You can make changes to your profile by highlighting and clicking “EDIT” on the profile you wish to change, within the PROFILES section of your account
Editing a Profile You can update the Main Image, Logo, Text and, if desired, replace the main image with a YouTube Video……..
Editing a Profile You can also add up to 6 additional images via drag and drop and, when happy, click to save your changes.
Finding candidates 2 1 A B C D E Click “candidates” Search on date of application. You can refine your searcher further by: Job Title Name Email Address Age Location
Viewing candidates Click on the magnifying glass to view the candidate, either from a shortlist or the search results page, as outlined above.

Shortlisting candidates 1 2 Select the candidates from your list and click the “add to shortlist” button. Either add to an existing shortlist or create a new shortlist from the pop up screen.
Managing Your Emails All users now have the ability to manage the email “send” and “reply to” address used in their candiMAN account, as well as add multiple addresses if more than one user uses the account. This can be done in the Account > Contact Info section of your account, as illustrated above.
Creating an Email Template Users can Create / Edit / Copy or Delete Email Templates. To create a new template click the “+” button above the list of templates.
Creating an Email Template Before writing the body of your email you need to give your template a name and select the: From Address Reply-To Address Subject Line BCC Address (optional)
Creating an Email Template It is important to personalise your email using the “Insert Snippet” drop down selection illustrated above. You can also enhance your email with bold, underlined, italics and other features.
Creating an Email Template It is important to add your usual email footer including logo, and when complete click the “CREATE TEXT VERSION” to ensure it is received by all candidates no matter what email client they use.
Creating an Email Template At this point you can send a test of your template to 1 or more email addresses as is illustrated above. This is important so that you can check how the email will be received by the candidate and make any necessary changes. Once you are happy that no further changes are required, click the “SAVE” button.
Sending an Email You can send multiple emails at once by selecting candidates within your shortlist and clicking the “Send Email” button as illustrated above
Sending an Email You can then select the template you wish to use, and send the email to all selected candidates. Please note that any last minute edits made here will only be relevant to this batch, it will not update the email template for all future sends.
Sending Reference Requests Highlight 1 or multiple candidates in a shortlist and click the “Request References” button highlighted above.

Uploading candidates to SMART Highlight 1 or multiple candidates in a shortlist and click the “Export to SMART” button highlighted above….

Uploading candidates to SMART …Once confirmed in SMART with Bank Details & Right to Work documentation an ERN number will automatically be assigned and updated in candiMAN.
Sending out an eLearning Email Invite Once an ERN has been received back from SMART, the “eLearning Invite” will be sent automatically. The eLearning column within your shortlist will update to say “SENT”.
Sending out an eLearning Email Invite When the candidate completes the eLearning test the column within your shortlist will update dynamically and pass the result back to SMART automatically
Sending out an eLearning Email Invite The result will also update within the candidate details section of candiMAN.
Re-sending an eLearning Invite Please do the following in order to change a candidate email address and resend the eLearning invite: Click the “EDIT” button within the “CONTACT DETAILS” section of the candidate whose email you wish to change………
Re-sending an eLearning Invite ……update the new email address………and click the “SAVE” button, as is highlighted above.
Re-sending an eLearning Invite You can then manually send the eLearning invite, to the candidates new email address,using the button highlighted above
Sending Multiple eLearning Invites You can also manually resend eLearning invites to 1 or multiple candidates from within a shortlist, by first ticking the box next to the candidate(s) name and then clicking the eLearning button as is highlighted above.
