TIM BURTON Tim Burton considered "Edward Scissorhands" his most personal and favorite work.

PLOT The story begins with an old woman tells her granddaughter the story of Edward Scissorhands. Many years after the creation of Edward Peggy Boggs visited the gothic villa located at the top the city's hill, where finds Edward alone and isolated. Peggy decides to take him to his home. Edward falls in love with Peggy's beautiful daughter. The other inhabitaints of the Peggy district are impressed by Edward, who proves very skilled in creating plant sculptures and amazing haircuts. Jim, Kim's boyfriend use Edward's hands to open the locks of his house, the alarm sounds and Edward was arrested. An psychological examination revealed that Edward live without a real sense of good and evil. This arresting ruins Edward's reputation in the quarter. During the christmas period Edward is rejected by everyone except the Boggs family. While preparing the decorations Edward starts to sculpt the ice statue and produce a jet of snow. Suddenly Kim scrathes his hand with Edward's scissor. Jim attaks Edward and the artificial boy runs furiosly. The neighbors afraid call the police. The policeman decides to let him go and Edward escapes in his castle. Here fights with Jim and Edward kills the boy. In the and Kim  saying that Edward died to neighbors. The old lady revelaited Kim and she knows that Edward his alive because every christmas snow. In fact it's Edward, which makes snow sculping ice statues every winter.
