The latest upgrades include: Indicator Filter Tags Planning Description Additions Action Steps Sorting Feedback: Next Steps and Formatting NEW Leadership Team View Document Sharing with Leadership Team

Indicator Filter Tags If indicators are identified by state-specific filters, a filter tag will display at the end of the indicator. Filter tags will display in the following places: Set Direction – Step 3 Resources Success Cycle grid Indicator Assess-Create-Monitor page Comprehensive Report

Assess-Create-Monitor: Language Updates in Create section…. Language has been added to “Describe below how it will look” section to remind Leadership Teams to include data, resources, and other evidence needed to determine and support full implementation. including data, resources, and other evidence. Did you notice the required field alert is a little more noticeable?

Assess-Create-Monitor: Ability to sort Action Steps Actions created by the Leadership Team automatically sort and display by the Target Date. However, Actions may now be sorted by the Completion Date by using the sort feature next to the column headers “Target” and “Completed.”

Coaching Feedback Updates: Rich Text and Next Steps A new item has been added to the drop down menu under Reference: Next Steps. This will help to alert Leadership Teams to next steps that have been determined with the Coach. Comments written in the “Comments” field will now be able to utilize rich text features such as highlight, bold, add link, or create list.

Document Upload: Share Files with Leadership Team Site administrators (principals and superintendents) and process managers can now choose to share selected files with the Leadership Team members. Login Go to DocUpload See the “Share” column Place a check next to any/all folders to share contents with the Leadership Team members *If a specific file should not be shared, either do not share the entire folder or move the file to a separate un-shared folder. And….the Document Upload page got a little makeover! Check it out!
