Building Star: Chiller Rebate Rebate of $150/ton of cooling capacity of chiller being replaced, provided that: New chiller meets ASHRAE efficiency levels Chiller being replaced uses CFC refrigerant installed before Jan 1, 1993 Building owner performs a building energy audit Additional incentive available of $100/ton for each ton downsized, if all distribution pumps upgraded to include VFDs.

Building Star: Boiler Rebate Rebate provided for boilers between 300,000 and 5,000,000 BTU/h which: For gas, 90+ TE, $ 10 per 1,000 BTU/h For oil, 85+ TE, $3 per 1,000 BTU/h

Building Star: Furnace Rebate Rebate provided for natural gas furnace that meets or exceeds 90 TE. No minimum or maximum BTU/h capacity Rebate amount: $5 per 1,000 BTU/h

Building Star: AC and HP Rebate Rebate provided for 3 phase unitary AC or HP which: For products meeting CEE Tier I levels = $100/ton For products meeting CEE Tier II levels = $200/ton CEE Tiers are those that exist as of Jan. 1, 2010.
