2015 Section Email Opt-in Preference and Secondary Email Webinar This module deals with recruitment and retention of Members and, specifically, what can be done at the local level. Greet the attendees and welcome them to the session. Introduce yourself and give a bit of your background and experience with this topic. Depending on the size of the group, you may ask participants to introduce themselves and indicate their leadership position, Section, and District. --------------------- In each of the last several years, between 6,000-7,000 new Members have joined ISA. Since membership has remained fairly constant for the past few yrs, this means that about 9,000 fail to renew their membership with ISA every year. Finding out why Members join and why they stay, and how to influence their decision, will go a long way toward ensuring a positive membership experience for ISA Members.
