Responsibilities Monitor section/chapter performance (meetings, programs, events, etc.) and look for signs of declining performance Offer advice/assistance to sections/chapters that are new or showing signs of declining performance Network with section/chapter leaders to maintain contacts Share ideas for speakers, tours, meetings, and seminars among chapters Promote the formation of new chapters 4/18/2019

Goals Work with Technical Activities Chair and Coordinators to identify opportunities for new Chapters Insure all existing Chapter/Sections continue as entities in 2011 Working within the overall Region 4 budget, secure incentives for new Chapters formed in 2011 3 4/18/2019
