Access Anywhere Users Manual

Type in your username and password when prompted. Click on login button.

Access Anywhere Home Page Click on any of the pre-configured websites to gain instant access. Click on any of the pre-configured network file shares to gain instant access.

Access Anywhere Home Page – Cont. This box allows you access to any CB&I CFS website by simply typing in the URL in the box. E.g. intranet.cfs.com Select http or https from the dropdown list. (depend on the website your are trying to access.)

This toolbar will be available on all websites visited while using the Access Anywhere system. It contains quick links which allow instant access to the homepage and logout features.

To locate file server from corporate network click on Browse Networks and type in the server name (no \\ is needed) in the address box. Then hit browse or enter. Click on Home tab anytime you want to go back to Homepage.

Access Anywhere Application Access Application Access is REQUIRED for certain CB&I applications to function on Access Anywhere. And is started automatically when the user logs into the system. This window shows what applications have been configured for Access Anywhere. NOTE: Application Access is REQUIRED for Vision access on this system.

To logout of the Access Anywhere System, click the large X icon which can be found on all pages throughout the system.

Note: It is extremely important that you close the browser at this point if you are using a public access computer system. This will assure no unauthorized persons can re-enter the Access Anywhere system without authority.
