Lessons Learned Start with a project. Let structure flow from needs. Consider your resources: what are the skills your group has; don’t discourage yourselves doing things you don’t have the personnel to do Don’t promise people things (inexpensive fuel, clean busses, etc) Clearly articulate your goals, and then determine what will get you to them. Ask yourself questions: Do we need bylaws? Do we need a website?
