Scoping the Expansion Mission 33 States Under Subscribed  = 642 Programs  = 1284 Vacancies 280 Schools on OML 25/33 States Listed on OML 109/642 are listed OML 1709 Army Programs ~200 without 2nd Instructor ~330 on current Vacancy List

Has the OML been validated with under subscribed communities. Authorize JROTC programs to the under subscribed communities from the OML . Change JROTC authorizations based on demand.

Validate CNACI qualified Instructors Validate Instructor Vacancy Listing Marketing JROTC through Soldiers for Life Centers and Troops for Teachers Programs. Develop incentives for Instructors for the under subscribed communities. Get Bde’s actively involved in Under subscribed communities.
