Current risk of over development in Solihull MBC Green Belt areas Blythe Valley Villages of Shirley, Cheswick Green, Dickens Heath and Tidbury Green are particularly at risk A disproportionate amount of development Infrastructure, access and flooding issues Loss of a valuable Community amenities Health and well being issues Flawed planning process
