Documentation Application Read the following patient summaries. In each summary, you will find health issues that you must document onto the provided anatomical drawings.

Patient #1 A patient comes in with extreme stomach and back pain. She states that the pain is primarily in her lower back, just above her tailbone. Place the circles on the drawing to indicate where she is feeling her primary pain.

Patient #2 A 3-year old patient arrives in the ER with multiple burns. History of the injury suggests that a pot of boiling water was pulled off of the stove while her mother was not present. She has second-degree burns across both thighs, all of her abdomen, and across both forearms. She also has third-degree burns on her forehead and her upper back. Mark the burns with the provided circles, and indicate the degree of burn by typing it into the circle.
