Diabetes Learning Event 5th October 2017 Objective two: Ensure that all practices have robust diabetes review recall systems in place Federation facilitators will contact practices to find out how diabetes recalls are managed Collate examples of best practice and share these with all Lambeth practices Target 50% have adopted best practice by April 2018 and 80% best practice by April 2019
