Weekly Safety Communication Upper body injury prevention and management 3 1. Upper body stiffness can be managed during work by? Stretching the upper body every hour or so Doing gentle movements to loosen up the area Doing some of the exercises you see on the posters on the walls All the above I will feel a lot better at work if I do the following at home: Lie on the carpet and stretch the lower back Do some planks Spend 5mins doing the above 2-3 times per week 3. Which one is incorrect? a. Make contact with JAG early when you are injured b. Always use good standing, sitting and lifting posture c. Everyone can improve their current strength, flexibility and overall health d. I don’t have to worry if I hurt myself because surgery will always fix the problem True or False.
