Texas Law Enforcement Best Practices Recognition Program Recognition is awarded for a Four Year Period Assumes appropriate submission of Annual Reports An agency may apply for Re-Recognition any time after submitting their third annual report, but at least six months prior to the expiration of their Recognition.
Texas Law Enforcement Best Practices Recognition Program To get full benefit of full four years, an agency should plan to have their Re-Recognition on-site as close to the end of the four year period as possible. Make sure the program manager has been through the program training!

Files require new Document Submission Form Policy (if required) New Proofs of Compliance No Electronic Submission Includes all standards which are in effect at the time of the on-site.
