Look at Who God Uses… -Abraham (the aged) -Joseph (the prisoner) -Moses (the orphan) -Gideon (least of the least) -David (the shepherd boy) -The Apostles (unschooled ordinary) -Paul (a persecutor of the church) -You

Consider Why He Uses Them… -They don’t “know it all”. -They recognize that they need God. -They are not “in it” for themselves. -They don’t get in the way of God’s glory.

1 Corinthians 1 A Church of Christ is best when it is led by Christ more than men. God’s best work is done by the “unqualified”.

Make it Personal: Can God use you? Do you trust that your life circumstances and present skill set are enough in the hands of the all possible God?

Things to remember… God loves his church and plans to bless it and grow it. (Ephesians 4:11-16) God blesses and grows humble people. Spiritual qualities have always been more important than talent in God’s eyes. YOU matter in the building of Christ’s church.
