Hub An example of a service provided through the consortium: 1 – One-to one counselling organisation (with community transport in supply chain) 3 – Arts & Health Organisation (with community transport and advocacy in supply chain) 4 – Groupwork and peer mentoring (with physical exercise in supply chain) 2 – Community hub as a volunteer The green arrows indicate a potential pathway to wellness and this includes self-care and prevention. Many users end up as volunteers as a means to this.
