STAGE Description 1st STAGE – IDENTIFICATION PROCESS This step is known for identifying potential participants (institutions, enterprises) in the activities of spreading (to the process of release of 2 nd level), and by the identification of the needs of the partners. 2ND STAGE – PROCESS OF PLANNING After knowing the entities – target of dissemination (of 2 nd level), and after known the technical needs, organizational and formatives , follows the planning concrete of the activities of dissemination, activities of monitoring and the activities of communication and Marketing. 3RD STAGE – IMERSION PROCESS Integration, re-contextualization and eventual reconstruction / adaptation of the product to the context and culture of the organization incorporator. After the divisions of the tasks, and of the operational plan, follows the establishments of a action plan by partner, which will be legitimized through the establish of a commitment by right. Then follows the activities of divulgation and the activities that imply the knowledge of the products that will be transferred (technical visits to companies that applied the products, training actions and clarifications, etc) 4ª TH STAGE- APPLICATION PROCESS The disseminator entities, will perform the actions of spreading themselves (next issue).
