City Hall Group Exercise Highlights All classes offered in City Hall will be free as of 9/1 We identified new instructors to support the classes at City Hall by leveraging our relationship with Rec and Park We have increased visibility by having an HSS team member present at the City Hall Classes over the last 2 weeks of August, which has helped to support the transition of instructors, answer questions and announce the changes in the classes becoming free. Month # of classes May 12 June 15 July 18

Individual Wellness Services Firefighter’s Biomonitoring Study (May 5) Hosted three informational sessions – 21 potential study participants Attended the Wellness Week Expo – 11 potential study participants Stress Coaching Pilot (May 23) As part of Wellness Week, EAP Counselor and Certified Wellness Coach Jean Miranda, offered stress coaching to 8 individuals The EAP team is evaluating the best way to incorporate stress coaching into the wellness services PAUSE HERE
