Cell Process – Test Review TEST THURSDAY NOVEMBER 16TH

Photosynthesis Chemical Equation

Photosynthesis Reactants are like ingredients – imagine you are baking a cake. You would first gather all your ingredients and mix them together as the recipe calls for…….. Products are the result or outcome – using our cake example: if you correctly add all the ingredients and follow the recipe you get a CAKE!!!!!

Site of Photosynthesis – this is where it happens inside a plant cell

Cellular Respiration Chemical Equation **Cellular Respiration takes place in the Mitochondria

Egg Lab – demonstrated osmosis

The Stages of cell division - mitosis P M A T The Stages of cell division - mitosis

Active Transport Endocytosis/Exocytosis both require energy from the cell to complete the process = ACTIVE TRANSPORT ****Remember being active requires energy

Passive Transport Passive Transport requires no energy from the cell to complete the process – think egg lab!!!
