Daily living demo Come and join the Independent Living Charitable Trust for a fun and informative presentation. Do you have trouble opening jars, getting out of cars and picking things up off the floor? Independent Living’s mission is to make daily living easier, so you can live your life, your way. Enjoy a few laughs as the presentation covers: Information on how to access support groups and health resources in your area. Demonstrations of the latest mobility equipment and products to help you with everyday tasks. Walking stick warrant of fitness, height & safety checks. Walker height and safety checks. And more… Independent Living presents valuable information that can assist you to continue to live safely and independently. They are contracted by the Ministry of Health to provide independent information relating to assistive technology, health and disability services. And have three large stores located in Royal Oak, Browns Bay and Botany, If you see a product that works for you or someone you know, you will be able to purchase it on the day. Cash, EFTPOS and credit cards are accepted. If you don’t see the item that you were looking for, please ask us as they may be able to locate it for you.
