MultiEx Humid Max Plus Efficacy Testing Efficacy Tests Conducted: Scaling and Corneocyte Reduction Test Skin Hydration Test TEWL Test Erythema Decreasing Effect Test (Test results included in the slides to follow)

Scaling and Corneocyte Reduction Test MultiEx HumiD-Max Plus assists the process of desquamation of the outer layer of stratum corneum and reduces scaling.

Skin Hydration Test MultiEx HumiD-Max Plus showed a significantly longer lasting hydration up to 6 days after the last application (day 7) of 2% MultiEx HumiD-Max Plus.

TEWL (Transepidermal Water Loss) Test After irritation skin by 0.01% SDS, control (lotion) and 2% MultiEx HumiD-Max Plus had been treated for 7 days. After treatment MultiEx HumiD-Max Plus, water loss (TEWL) was decreased upto 43.3%.

Erythema Decreasing Effect Test After inducing erythema with 0.01% SDS, treating control (lotion), 2% MultiEx HumiD-Max Plus (lotion) for 24 hours. After treatment with MultiEx HumiD-Max Plus, erythema index has decreased significantly upto 62.5%.
