August 2015 Dear First Grader, Welcome to First Grade at Hampton Elementary School. I am so excited to announce that you are in my class (Room 9) this year! Our days together will be packed full of learning , so make sure you are well rested and ready for all of the fun! Our classroom will be open on Monday, August 31st from 2-3 o’clock. I hope you can stop in to say hello. Our first day of school is on Tuesday, September 8th. This will be a full day of school. School begins at 8:10 and dismissal is 3:13.
