What is ACT/ICM?

What is ACT Assertive Community Treatment: a client-centered, recovery-oriented behavioral health service delivery model that has received substantial empirical support for reducing psychiatric hospitalizations, facilitating community living, and enhancing recovery for persons with serious mental illnesses. What is ICM Intensive Case Management: a client-centered, recovery-oriented service delivery model that promotes community integration, independence and an improved quality of life through the provision and coordination of on-going direct services and supports. DBH ICM Program standards (2015)
