IPCPUB & IPCCAT neural 2018 retraining based on WIPO DELTA produced by IPCWLMS IPCCAT is tuned to give better results a IPC sub-group level Its precision could be tuned to give better precision at “easier” IPC levels e.g. if limited at subclass level only it would become 95.5% (instead of the 93.7% of the current IPCCAT)
