Is dairy healthy or fatty? BY Andrew kelbley and colin deleo

They might be… Although they are high in fat, dairy products may still be healthy. Let’s see the pros and cons of them in the next few slides.

Unhealthy Dairy Dairy products are high in fat. They are high in calories. Because of this, they can make people overweight. Lactose intolerant people can’t have it. (Some studies show that dairy products can increase the risk of cancer.)

Health Benefits Dairy is full of calcium and vitamin D for strong bones. There is also protein in dairy products for muscles. Calcium, potassium, and magnesium help maintain healthy blood pressure. (Some studies show that dairy products can increase the risk of cancer.)

Conclusions and Solutions Some dairy products are very fatty, but they also contain many helpful nutrients your body needs. Drinking reduced fat and fat-free milk will give you the same nutrients as regular milk without the fat. There is low-fat cheese, too.
