Intentional & Strategic Interventions to Stimulate Demand Resident involvement Intentional & Strategic Interventions to Stimulate Demand Population of about 212,000 in a metro of approx. 650,000 & growing, and we cover 90 sq. miles Des Moines is shifting from a program aimed primarily at resident involvement to intentionally intervening in identifiably recoverable parts of the city to stimulate demand
