Identity Media has a direct influence on our perception and composition of identity Unrealistic ideals that directly affect our perception of beauty and self These perceptions controlled by a few- elite

Time Wasted On What…? Most people watch over one full/complete day per week of television Advertisers use celebrities during commercials to sell products – Our image and wants are directly influenced by these ads

Content Increasingly promiscuous – Nudity – Showing of awrah Prohibition of looking at opposite gender Vulgar language – Swearing – References to sexual actions

The Take Away You wont take everything you read and change yourself completely Choose at least some of the tips and start applying them to your life For the rest, be aware of the haram you consume and at the very least, feel sorry for it and repent for it
