Settings – User Authorization Sign in You will need appropriate password(s) from the Commander
Download a roster Email rosters went away early in 2018 Don’t just download once a year!
When you click the Update button, all roster changes appear here Delete only those who you don’t need to contact again Click the Finish button
Viewing a Roster Red columns are locked and cannot be changed/updated Green columns are changeable Double click on the field to edit
Grade Tab This is where you find when a member passed a course Date is 4 digit year and 2 digit month (ccyymm)
Reports Create reports using roster data
Query Roster Check off boxes for what you do and don’t want to look for Click FIND button Next we will print this query Dues paying members with any ranks using Squadron Rank column that have taken S, P and AP but not JN and N and have not taken ID produced 7 records in this squadron
Print from Query Optional save query Click Header and enter name Click Footer add date and page # Click Add after field added
