Reference material for comparison of different adhesive tapes for forensic DNA sampling  C. Forsberg, N. Wallmark, R. Hedell, L. Jansson, R. Ansell, J. Hedman  Forensic Science International: Genetics Supplement Series  Volume 5, Pages e454-e455 (December 2015) DOI: 10.1016/j.fsigss.2015.09.180 Copyright © 2015 Terms and Conditions

Fig. 1 Reference material for comparison of different adhesive tapes. (A) Long sleeved T-shirts were worn in a controlled way by a “good shedder” for production of reference material. Prior to sampling, the sleeves were folded 15cm. Each sleeve was divided into four sampling areas, giving eight areas per T-shirt. The size of one area is marked in the picture. (B) DNA quantification results (ng/μL) from the replicates of the reference material in (A) taped with our in-house tape. The results are divided between right/left and upper/underside of the sleeves. Two outliers are marked (0.39 and 0.48ng/μL).
