Admin R2 The following slides will give you an overview of the Admin R2 application for the NEC SV9100. The focus of this application is managing common user & extension changes that become the duty of the System Administrator after installation. Admin R2 has additional functionality and you are encouraged to look at other functions you can perform.
Login Screen Note that this application requires an SV9100 Administrator account login and password.
Dashboard Summary user & extension information. At a glance license utilization information.
Users Information Listing of users when the users tab is selected. Note the search bar. Works for users name or extension number
User Information Hover over each icon to see what the user has enabled in their profile. Edit, Copy, or Delete the user. Copy is a great way to create a new user with similar requirements. Edit will allow you to change user capabilities, contact information, and common phone programming. These will be show in the next slides.

Editing Contact Information Contact information used in other applications. Note the “More contact information” hyperlink. Click it to access more contact information fields.
Common Phone Programming Easy access to common phone programming. Follows a logical process to make changes.
Other System Programming Access to other system programming that’s needed when setting up users & extensions.
Adding Users Batch add users with a CSV file or add individually . The next available extension is prepopulated but can be over-ridden with any valid extension number.
Tweaking Applications Access often needed settings in other applications.
