Copine RING Supplemental Figure 8 Domain abbreviations: S C D R V S C FL + His PIN1 - His Supplemental Figure 8. PIN1 interacts with RGLG2 in the yeast two hybrid assay. The cytoplasmic domain of the PIN-FORMED1 protein, expressed in vector pGBKT7, interacts with the amino-terminal half of RGLG2, cloned into vector pGAD424, in the presence of 3 mM 5-amino triazole (-HIS), to give histidine prototrophic yeast colonies.
