Supplemental Figure 2 A B C D Supplemental Figure 2. Promoter-GUS fusions to assess expression domains of RGLG1 and RGLG2. RGLG1 (A, B) and RGLG2 (C, D) promoter regions were fused to GUS. Constructs were transformed into plants, which served for staining to visualize regions of promoter activity. Note the relatively uniform distribution of staining, with higher intensity around leaf vasculature. RGLG2 is higher expressed than RGLG1 in most tissues, with the exception of hypocotyls.
