Transaction Procedures Welcome to BSIP 101 Transaction Procedures Reopening a Teco’d Workorder Instructor: Stephen Wright DPI Technical Consultant

Purpose: To reopen a workorder that was accidently or pre-maturely Teco’d.

Three transactions are required to complete this procedure: IW32 Let’s get started -

Your screen should look similar to the example at the right. From the SAP R/3 Easy Access screen box type IW32 or from your favorites menu, select transaction MI32 – Change Order Your screen should look similar to the example at the right.

Change Order: Initial Screen A new window opens: Change Order: Initial Screen Enter the workorder number to reopen. Press <Enter> key or Continue icon to proceed.

Change DPI Corrective Maintenance Order 6##########: Central Header A new window opens: Change DPI Corrective Maintenance Order 6##########: Central Header Click on <Order> in the upper left corner. A dropdown list appears – scroll down and hover over “Functions.” Scroll-right and hover over “Complete.” Scroll-right and click <Cancel technical completion>.

Display PM Notification: A new window opens: Display PM Notification: DPI Maint Request Click . Click Back icon Click Save icon Tip: Use transaction ZIW32_DPI to make necessary changes. Return to transaction IW32 to Teco workorder. (Order > Functions > Complete > Complete (Technically))
