User can select the image file to be fed to pymorph and its weight map by clicking “Select file from VOI userspace”. (the popup shown comes up upon clicking) Note that here I am selecting the files which were produced by the mosaic service. Clicking the file link to select a file. User will be able to instead simply paste an URL in the image / wheight text boxes.
