Primary Factors/Influences: 1. Teacher Retirements/Resignations; 2. Full-Year Leaves of Absence; 3. Teacher Reduction in FTE Status; 4. Addition of Reading Specialist and Teacher Learning Leader positions; and 5. Increased Student Enrollment at Some Buildings.
