Alvista Towers (aka 148th St Jamaica) Location: Jamaica, Queens Units: 380 95 units are permanently affordable per Inclusionary Housing program guidelines. Newly constructed twenty-five story mixed-income residential tower located in a formerly industrial district in Queens. The multi-tier income levels in the development, from 50% up to 165% of AMI, help to cross-subsidize the low income units without sacrificing the market rate amenities and efficiency of building operations. Amenities include a communal lounge, children’s play room, fitness center, courtyard, laundry facility, tenant storage, and rooftop access. Part of the Special Downtown Jamaica Rezoning plan, fostering additional transit-oriented developments around the multimodal transportation hub in Jamaica. Jamaica Center Transit Hub
