How To Make Pics Transparent 2. Click on “Download”. 1. Go to gimp.org on the internet. 3. Click on “Download Gimp 2.4.7”.

4. Select “file”, “new” and “ok”. 5. Select “layer”, “transparency” and “add Alpha Channel”. 6. Select “file” and “open”.

8. Click on the wand then on your picture where you want to CUT,,,or…choose the lasso to circle the area you want to CUT. 7. Click on left side where you saved your file then in the middle on your image. Click “open” when done.

9. Press on your keyboard…ctrl X to cut out what you circled. 10. When completely done, everything checkered is what will be transparent. 11. Click on “Image” then “Autocrop Image”.

Saving Your Picture 12. Choose “file”, “save as” 13. Name your picture at the top of the screen. Choose on the left side where you want to save your picture. Click on the “+” to reveal more choices.

14. Choose “gif” then click “save” then “export”. 16. The background of your picture will be transparent (see-thru). 15. Click “save” again.
