Help the Innocent Bystanders! People in your city are trying to pass a smoking ban bill. If the bill is passed, smoking will no longer be allowed in public areas, such as restaurants. Your job is to write a letter to the city council in support of the bill, convincing them to pass it. You are to support your decision by explaining the two different types of tobacco smoke, state which one is the most harmful, and explain how these negatively affect people and the environment. Be clear and persuasive; you are trying to get this bill passed! Grading Assessment Checklist: Total= 50 points 1. Written in letter format: 5points 2.
