Fig 1 Adjusted associations between maternal urinary BPA and phthalate metabolite concentrations (RR per doubling concentration [levels were log2 transformed]) and occurrence of wheeze (A), chest infections (B), and bronchitis (C) at each age at follow-up from birth until age 7 years. BPA models were adjusted for maternal education, number of siblings and maternal smoking during pregnancy, and phthalate models were adjusted additionally for maternal history of asthma/allergy and maternal body mass index.
