Medical Virtualism Imagineering Future

What is the right approach? Medicine—diagnostics and therapeutics today significantly dependents on technology Medicine no longer a clinicians’ zone alone—it’s a combination science delivering patient care JAMA justifies need for “Medical Virtualist” the new generation specialist India needs to ponder Is there a need? What is the right approach? When and how? 1. How did Hospital administration came into being?—medicine no longer was DR: patient relationship alone. It was delivered in a complicated environment in a matrix organization with all specialists and unqualified workers. 2. How did Critical care emerge as a speciality? 3. Even as these specializations have emerged justifying patient care needs has become complicated more than ever. 4. A specialist and sub-specialization is no longer sufficient to justify care provision with the depth of their knowledge. Patient care provision and medicine as a science is to justify LIFE IN ITS TOTALITY. There are Conflicts which need to be transcended. 5. The case of Breast Cancer…..
