GDPR Partner / Customer Engagement Flow 1 2 3 4 Lay the foundation. GDPR FoundationS TRAINING Customer needs help understanding what GDPR is and how it impacts them. To help them understand the basics, the partner takes them through the GDPR Foundations Training. Understand the gaps. GDPR Detailed assessment Once the customer sees they are impacted, they sign up for a 2-day GDPR Detailed Assessment. The partner works to understand their needs, evaluate their position, and provide a roadmap to compliance. Discover where data resides. GDPR data discovery Toolkit The partner uses the Data Discovery Toolkit to discover and scan data sources within the organization for personal data and provides a detailed inventory of data sources, data they contain, and insights into how much of the data contains personally identifiable information (PII). Manage compliance from one place. Compliance manager To help keep track of complex compliance requirements, the partner introduces them to Compliance Manager. The partner uses it to assess the customer’s environment from a technology perspective, and then offer project- based and ongoing services.
