Sifting and Separating for Service The story of Gideon and his 300 is one of sifting and separating for service God used a test to “sift” (NRSV) and separate those who would serve in the fight (Judges 17:4)

Sifting and Separating for Service God wants us to serve him for all eternity (Rev. 7:15; 22:3) and this life is the period of sifting and separating for that service What are the tests in this life that sift and separate those for eternal service?
