CA + FL + TX + NY= 33% of U.S Population The 2010 total U.S title insurance premium revenue was $9.6 billion. CA, FLA, TX and NY produced about 40% or almost $4 Billion. FNF family market share in those 4 states is about 39%. In 2011, lost a couple of points market share due to cancellation of agents and LPS writing on their own paper. Texas in 2010= 25 Million people, a 21% increase. Florida grew 18% to 19 Million. New York grew only 2% to 19Million. CA grew 10% to 37 Million. % of total- 4 states = API 8%; H 31%; W 49%; AA 10% . Whites are no longer the majority in those 4 states.
