Proposed modifications to 2030 Land Use Summary Proposed modifications to 2030 Land Use Council previously directed expansion of SW MUSA Staff recommends changes to: Hope Church Land Use (and consideration of staging plan change) Change 120 acres of commercial on CR 116 to LDR Change SE district per approved plan except: Since CR 10 will not be relocated, land at SE corner if CR 10/CR 116 should change from Mixed Use to Mixed Residential and be removed from Town Center Consider change from MDR to Industrial for 66 acres west of Industrial Park

Action Provide direction to staff regarding proposed land use changes, so that the land use plan can be updated

Next Steps Draft plan for review at January 18th Council Work Session Open House tentatively scheduled for January 29th Approval for distribution in March/April Submit to Metropolitan Council in October/November
